We repair and polish your gold and silver jewellery
Jewellery gets worn, and anything worn wears out. A chain snaps, a clasp gives way, a ring picks up fine scratches over the years, silver tarnishes. None of that is a reason to put a piece away.
We carry out repairs on gold and silver jewellery of every kind. We also polish your jewellery, replace clasps and shorten chains that have got too long.
Bring your jewellery to us and we will put it properly back together, so you can wear it again — every day or for the occasions that matter.

Something new out of something old
Sometimes there is a piece in the jewellery box you never wear — but would never part with either. Your grandmother's ring, a brooch from another time.
Talk to us about it. Often the metal and the stones can become something you actually wear: a pendant from a ring, a new ring from old gold. The story stays, the shape changes.
Common questions
Questions about goldsmith work
Almost always. Soldering a chain is routine for us and costs a fraction of a new one. Just bring it in and we will take a look.
In most cases, yes. How much depends on the metal and the setting — a ring with stones all the way round allows less than a plain band. We will tell you honestly beforehand what is possible.
Smaller jobs are often done within a few days. For more involved work we will tell you when you drop it off when to expect your piece back.
Yes. If you have old gold you would rather reuse than sell, do talk to us — there is often something new to be made from it.
