Yes. For the material value the condition is irrelevant — a snapped chain weighs just as much as a whole one. Bring it all along.
Costume jewellery with no precious metal in it we generally do not buy. If you are unsure whether a piece contains gold or silver, bring it in — testing costs nothing.
Yes. Bring everything along — we will sort through it together and value it piece by piece. For larger quantities it is best to call ahead, so we can set aside the time.
Yes, it is all settled right here in the shop. Bring an official ID to be on the safe side.
