Almost every household has at least one watch nobody wears any more. It is not broken and it is not ugly — it just does not fit any more. Too small, too loud, too much of its time.

If you would like to part with your watch, we will gladly make you a fair offer. That way your watch gets a second life instead of gathering dust in your cupboard.

What counts

What decides the price

Unlike buying gold, a watch is about more than the material. Make, model, condition, how well it runs and whether the box and papers are still around all feed into it.

Which is why the value of a watch cannot be quoted over the phone. Bring it in — with the box and papers, if you still have them. We will look it over and tell you what we can give you for it.

  • Make and model
  • Condition of case, glass and bracelet
  • Does the movement run? How accurately?
  • Original box and papers
  • Material — steel, gold, two-tone
  • Demand for the model

Common questions

Questions about selling watches

We buy watches of every make and type. Just bring it in — we will tell you honestly whether we can make an offer and what it would be.

Yes, broken watches are of interest to us too. With gold cases there is at least the material value, and plenty of movements can be brought back to life in our workshop.

They are not essential, but they do raise the value — especially with branded watches. If you still have them, bring them along.

Not honestly, no. Condition makes a big difference with watches, and that has to be seen. Looking it over in the shop takes only a few minutes.

Do ask us about it. Especially if you are choosing something new here, there is often a way to make it work.
